Parking

Parking is available at the hotel for $4 per day and $17 for overnight parking.

Accommodations

If you need overnight accommodations, a limited number of rooms are being held at a special group rate at the Ramada Plaza Hartford. Reservations can be made by calling the number listed above and asking for a room in the Rocky Mountain School of Photography room block.

Rate:  $109 per night + tax.

Cutoff date:  Make your reservations by April 18, 2013. After this date any remaining rooms will be released from the room block and reservations will be based on availability.

Lunch

Participants are on their own for lunch. We will break for lunch from 1:15-2:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 1:00-2:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Restaurants
The Bistro Z restaurant is located at the hotel and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Restaurants nearby include Bristol Bar & Grill, City Steam Brewery Cafe and Dish Bar & Grill.
