Hotel and Meeting Space

This workshop begins on Sunday, March 24, at 9 a.m. at the Residence Inn Las Vegas Hughes Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The workshop ends Friday, March 29 at 5 p.m. at the Cable Mountain Lodge in Springdale, Utah. During this workshop you will stay at two different hotels.

1. While in Las Vegas we suggest that you stay at the Residence Inn Las Vegas Hughes Center from March 23-26, departing March 27. Your class will meet on March 24 at 9 a.m. in a meeting room located at the hotel.

   Rates: Rooms have been blocked at the rate of $109 per night + tax.  Room choices are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to indicate that you are a student of Rocky Mountain School of Photography.

   Cutoff date: Be sure to make your reservations by March 4, 2013. After this date, reservations will be based on availability.

   Cancellation Policy: Please check with the hotel regarding their cancellation policy.

2. Your second destination will be Springdale, Utah. We suggest that you stay at Cable Mountain Lodge from March 27-29, departing on March 30. While at this location your class will meet in a meeting room at the hotel.

   Rates: Rooms have been blocked at the rate of $125-$152 per night + tax depending on room type. Room choices are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to indicate that you are a student of Rocky Mountain School of Photography.

Air Transportation

RMSP is not responsible for cancellations due to medical or other emergencies or reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets/hotel rooms in the event of a course cancellation. Please consider the purchase of trip/travel insurance.

Travel During the Workshop

You are responsible for your own travel during the workshop. For transportation to and from field shoots, we suggest that you carpool to get to know fellow students. Your final email will include a car share list of interested participants.

Meals During the Workshop

You are responsible for your own meals during the workshop. The instructor will allow plenty of breaks in the schedule.

Fees

Any additional fees and/or supplies, including entrance to shooting locations, will be the responsibility of the participant.
